Who are we?

We are a small Belgian company that employs about fifteen people. Our offices are located in Villers-la-Ville, a small town famous for the ruins of the Villers Abbey. Our offices are located 5 minutes away from this magnificent building that first saw the light of day in the 12th century.

Our offices

Our offices are located in Villers-la-Ville, and it is in the same location that we keep all of our packaging inventory. This is a great advantage for us and for you. Because we have all our stock on hand, we can respond very quickly to your requests. All you have to do is pick up the requested item and proceed with the printing, which is done in the same building as hot foil stamping, embossing and digital printing. It should be noted that our stock of high-end packaging is simply the largest in Europe!

The different prints we do for personalization

If you opt for digital printing, Marie and Damien (pictured) will do it. They will receive the items you ordered and proceed with the personalization.

In this lab, it is an ink that cures thanks to the UV light projected by the yellow box. This curing takes place thanks to the passage of this light source that you can see in the second photo. To better understand it, here is a video we recorded in our workshop in Villers-la-Ville during the digital printing of a magnetic box.

Here is an example of a digitally printed high-end magnetic box. The result is surprising in its precision and quality.

In the room across from the digital printing press, we have the workshop where we do the hot stamping. Here, Zbigniew and Anaïs take care of your order. In order to print the visual you requested, we have to make what is called a cliché, which is a magnesium plate on which your visual is printed. You will find two examples of clichés in the images below.

In addition to the shiny side that this metallic film provides, a slight negative indentation now appears on your packaging. This gives a very luxurious look to your box. See below for an example we did for the soccer team OGC Nice.

We also do debossing and embossing, which uses the same printing technique as hot stamping but the only difference is that there is no metallic film between the plate and the cardboard, there is only a negative indentation that is printed on the packaging. Below is an example of the debossing process we have done in our labs.

As far as screen printing is concerned, it is done in Belgian workshops located about 20 minutes from our offices. The specialized screen printing workshops are located in Nivelles. This also allows us to respond quickly to any request for special screen printing for luxury packaging. Offset printing is not done in Belgium, but elsewhere in Europe for logistical reasons.

Our values

Existing since 1988, we have developed strong values over time. The first one is the Belgian know-how that must be valued. A successful packaging cannot be created in 5 minutes on a site on the other side of the world. It takes time and human investment. You have to know the product you are selling, and this is one of our strengths today, we know our entire catalog and the demands of our customers. By the way, did you know that it was Centurybox who invented the 22*22*10 format of the Wonderbox magnetic box used today all over the world?

So our small Belgian team is at the forefront of know-how working with more than 60 countries!"
