Delivery

What are the delivery costs?

At the bottom of our website, you will find a “Delivery” tab. Delivery costs depend on the amount of your purchases and your location.

It is also possible to pick up your order free of charge at our warehouse in Villers-la-Ville, Belgium.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are 24–48 hours for Zone 1: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands.

For other zones, please contact us.

How are the boxes delivered?

Most of our boxes are delivered flat and can be easily and quickly assembled. Some boxes, such as the Hingbox, are delivered already assembled.

How do I change a delivery address?

Orders placed before 13:00 are shipped the same day. If the parcel has not yet left, please contact us immediately at info@centurybox.be.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled directly on our website. After receiving your order, you have 5 days to notify us by registered letter at:

Return costs are at your expense.

Can I change my order?

If the parcels have already been shipped, you may return them at your own expense. Once received and checked, we can offer an exchange or a voucher excluding delivery costs.

If the parcels have not yet left, please contact us at info@centurybox.be.

I received the wrong package, what should I do?

Please contact us at info@centurybox.be. We will cover the return costs and send the correct parcel.

I received a defective package, what should I do?

Two cases are possible:

  • Damaged transport box: contact the carrier.
  • Damaged contents: contact us directly.
Return conditions

Products must be returned in their original packaging and remain unassembled.

How do I place an order?

Go to the product page, choose dimensions, colours and quantities, then click Add to cart.

If needed, use the live chat at the bottom left of your screen.

Can I order a single box?

No. Minimum order quantities apply:

  • 25 units for most boxes
  • 50 or 100 units for bags and pouches

Samples are available: up to 3 free per semester, or up to 5 for €25.

Payment & VAT

What payment methods are accepted?

VISA, MasterCard and bank transfer. Bank transfer orders are shipped after payment is received.

Why do I need to provide a VAT number?

VAT depends on the delivery country and applicable tax regime (EU, national or extra-EU).

How do I receive my invoice?

Once your order is confirmed, the invoice is automatically sent to the email address used during checkout.
