What are the delivery costs?
At the bottom of our website, you will find a "delivery" tab. The delivery costs depend on the amount of your purchases and your location
Please note that it is also possible to pick up the package for free at our warehouse in Villers-la-Ville, Belgium.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are 24-48 hours for zone 1, i.e. Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands. For other zones, please consult us.
How are the boxes delivered?
Most of our boxes are delivered flat and can be easily and quickly assembled. Some boxes such as the Hingbox are delivered already assembled. If you need explanations on how to assemble the boxes, please go to the product sheet and watch the video. How do I change a delivery address?
Please note that for all orders placed before 13:00, the parcels will leave the same day. If there is still time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can change the address.
Returns and exchanges
Can I cancel my order?
It is not possible to cancel your order directly on our website. However, after receiving your order, you have 5 days to send us a letter by registered mail to inform us of your remarks at the following address Rue de Thyle 29, 1495, Villers la Ville, Belgium
If you decide to return your order, the return costs are at your expense.
Can I change my order?
If you want to change your order but the packages have already left. You can return the packages to us (at your expense). Once we have received the parcels and if they have not been damaged, we can then proceed with an exchange of goods or a voucher for the value of your order excluding delivery costs.
If you wish to modify your order but the parcels have not yet left, please contact us by email at email@example.com. Please note that for all orders placed before 1pm, the packages will be dispatched the same day.
I have received the wrong package, what should I do?
If the package does not correspond to your order, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will pay for the return costs and send you the right parcel.
I received a defective package, what should I do?
Several cases are possible:
- Damaged box: if the transport box is damaged, you should contact the carrier.
- Damaged content: if the content of the box is damaged, please contact us via email@example.com
What are the conditions for returning an order?
Packages must be returned in their original packaging and unassembled.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, go to the page of the product that interests you. Choose the desired dimensions, colours and quantities and click on "add to cart".
If you have any difficulties in placing your order, do not hesitate to contact us via our live chat. (Psss, it's the little message box at the bottom left of your screen ???? ).
Can I order a single box?
No, the minimum order is 25 units for most of our boxes, and 50 or 100 units for most of our bags and pouches.
However, if you would like a sample, this is possible. You can request up to 3 samples per semester (in one shipment).
If you would like more, it is possible to order up to 5 samples in one mailing, but there is a charge of €25.

Payment and invoices
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by VISA, MASTERCARD and bank transfer. Bank transfer orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Why do I have to indicate my VAT number?
Depending on the country to which you have your order delivered, taxes are payable.
- Intracommunity regime
With a valid intra-community VAT number on the VIES Europe website, I can order on Centuryshop without having to pay VAT. Except if the delivery is in Belgium.
Example: I am a French company and I have my goods delivered in Paris = 0% (VAT not to be advanced)
Exception: I am a company in France and I have a delivery in Belgium = application of the Belgian VAT (21%)
Note: In order for our site not to charge Belgian VAT, it is important to indicate your intra-community VAT number in the billing AND delivery address.
- National system
With a Belgian VAT number, I order on a Belgian website and I have my order delivered in Belgium. I pay the 21% VAT to Centurybox. I will then make arrangements to have the VAT refunded afterwards.
Please note that if you are in Belgium but have your goods delivered to another country, Belgian VAT will apply.
- Extra EU regime
USA, India, Switzerland, United Kingdom, etc. I do not need to indicate my VAT number.
VAT will not be advanced (except if delivery in Belgium = 21% VAT)
How do I receive my invoice?
When your order is confirmed, we automatically send an invoice to the email address you used to place your order.
Would you like more information about a product or its availability?
Do not hesitate to contact us via our live chat (bottom left of your screen), one of our staff will answer you as soon as possible.
What is a matt or glossy lamination?
In order to protect the paper, we use the laminating technique (also known as lamination) to stick a plastic film on the paper to protect it from moisture or dust.
Matte lamination, as its name suggests, is matte with a satin finish. Glossy lamination, also sometimes called glossy paper, gives a varnished effect to the packaging.
What are the most environmentally friendly products?
The most environmentally friendly products are those made of uncoated "kraft" and, if possible, single-component. For example, a cotton bag is made of cotton only. A kraft Box or Safari paper bag is made of paper only. You will therefore benefit from a 100% recyclable and biodegradable product.
On the other hand, the Wonderbox, one of our magnetic box, even if it is made of cardboard and paper, still has magnets. This does not prevent it from being safely disposed of in cardboard waste, but it should be noted that it will not be biodegradable in the short term. We have developed Smartflat boxes that do not have a magnet for this very purpose.
What products are specific to food?
For the pack to be food grade, the paper must be treated for direct contact with food. Here is a list of our food products:
- Sweetbox, Evobox, homer boxes.
- Ecopack, babelutte, zip food bag, paper pouch.
Can I personalise the products on Centuryshop?
The products sold on Centuryshop are "generic" i.e. neutral. You can personalise your products on our website https://centuryprint.eu/en/. The minimum quantity is generally 50 units for boxes. For bags, quantities vary according to the model. The delivery time is 15 days.
What if the product I am interested in is no longer in stock?
Do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com and we will answer you about the availability of the products. You can also enter your email address on the page of the product you are interested in and we will send you an alert when the product is available again.
What size/weight are my boxes?
If you need information about the boxes that will be delivered to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What are the dimensions on the website?
They correspond to the inside dimensions.
How is the tissue paper packaged?
The tissue paper is delivered in reams of 480 sheets for the 75 * 50 cm format or 240 sheets for the 75 * 100 cm format. A ream is generally +/- 4 kg.
I can't find the product I want
If none of the products in our catalogue correspond to the dimensions, material, colour or shape you are looking for, we can produce them to measure. Minimum quantities are 1000 units for boxes and lead times vary according to demand. For any request for custom-made products, please contact us at email@example.com.

Can I order if I am not a company?
Yes, but without a VAT number you will have to pay taxes.
